IMPORTANCE OF LONG WALKS IN NATURE
Whenever I take a walk in nature, I see the wonders of life and how beautifully made the earth is. We usually get so lost in our daily struggles that we forget this. While taking a walk, I intentionally become aware of the surrounding, I feel the air and sun on my skin, the sky, the trees swinging from side to side, chirping of the birds, motion of the water splashing at the shores and I'm lost in the awe of the universe. This is a simple act of living in the moment and enjoying the state of being

I simply let my senses absorb everything, it's always soothing physically and mentally
Talking with my friend Theodore about the importance of taking walks and he had this to say
How do you feel when you take a walk?
Well, I enjoy the freedom, fresh mountain air, and the happiness of the dogs. Many times I think that the dogs need so little to be happy like a simple walk in the woods with their owner
For example i enjoy my walks so much, that a week ago i walked 20 km with them in the woods
Do you feel good mentally when you walk?
Yes. I love how serene it is, just me, nature and the creatures that i love (my dogs)
Also, Ogheneochuko had this to say
